Starting 30.12.23 this YACEP accredited 50hr Yin course will count five online sessions spread over three months.
We will meet on Saturday afternoons of December 30th, January 6th and 27th, February 17th and March 9th. The sessions will start 13:00 Berlin time and end 19:00.
Each session will be opened with a cacao, or tea ceremony to delve deeper into our senses. Some sessions will included self massages of the womb and boobs to expand our sense of touch & tune in to our deepest self.
The course includes all the theory of yin, TCM, meridians, Taoist philosophy, acupressure points, smart sequencing, posture clinics for all classical yin poses.
Each session will end with either a yin class or a yoga Nidra, one of the sessions will include a two hour yin class so you get to experience the profound depth of expanded yin hold times.
Upon signup, you will be provided with a reading list that is an integral part of the training, as well as the pdf of your manual to be printed as you wish. Before the first session you will be provided with a link to join us via zoom.
To receive your diploma you will need to submit a short video of you teaching a one on one or small group, and a written exam.
Upon completion, you can add the 50hr to your Yoga Alliance registration.
