Practice & teach Yoga, Meditate, Sing, Massage & Dance.

Bringing Embodiment and yoga into a 200hr YTT by inviting our students to teach yoga daily as well as developing a complete understanding of their body through smart, therapeutic sequencing. Blending eastern TCM, Taoism, Tantric Hatha philosophies with Western medical anatomy while grounding our spiritual practice and rhythm that you’ll be able to readily access intuitively throughout your life on and off the mat.

The team is composed of an experienced osteopath & yoga practitioner of 25 years in Yin & Yang modalities. A Monk from the Himalayas and a surprise guest teacher. 

Sample daily schedule:

7:45-10:00 Sadhana & Yoga Practice

10:00-12:00 Brunch

12:00-2pm Yoga philosophy

2:00-4:00pm integration break

4:00-6:00pm Asana lab & teaching practice

6:00-8:00pm Dinner & Connection time

8:00-9:30pm Meditation, Breathwork, Kirtan, Dances & ceremonies
